Resolution Amendment Form

Online forms can be submitted up to noon Friday, May 2, 2025 (one form per amendment). After the deadline, amendments may be submitted directly to the Resolutions Committee on the paper forms available at Council.

Proposed amendments will be vetted by the Resolutions Committee, only those amendments deemed in-order will be debated during Council.
