Resolution Amendment Form

Resolution amendments may be submitted via this form (one form per amendment) until Friday, May 2, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. Following the deadline, amendments may only be submitted via the physical forms available at Council. Proposed amendments will be vetted by the Resolutions Committee, only those amendments deemed in-order will be debated during Council.
