Please note the information provided will be deleted July 31st each year, thus returning substitute teachers will be required to complete this form annually. To update your information during the school year please email substitutes@nstu.ca.
The information supplied on this form is for the sole purpose of enabling the Nova Scotia Teachers Union to communicate information directly related to the business of the NSTU and of interest to our members. This information will not be shared with any other person or organization. By submitting this form I acknowledge that I am working as a substitute teacher in an NSTU position this school year and I authorize the NSTU to retain the above information for the described purposes.
I acknowledge that I can withdraw my consent at any time by contacting the NSTU (at substitutes@nstu.ca) and asking that my information be deleted. I also agree to contact the NSTU if I stop working as a substitute teacher in Nova Scotia.
