New Business Resolution Form

Important: This form is not intended for individual member use.

New Business Resolution Forms may be submitted via this form (one form per resolution) until enter date. Following the deadline, New Business Resolution Forms may only be submitted via the physical forms available at Council.

Proposed New Business Resolutions will be vetted by the Resolutions Committee, only those resolutions deemed in-order will be debated during Council.

Eligibility: Only items where the issue arises or new information becomes available following the official closing of Resolutions (third Friday in December) will be considered new business. Only items that cannot be dealt with by the Provincial Executive following Annual Council 2023 will be considered by Council.
