Meeting Room Request Form


Meeting room requests must be received two (2) weeks in advance. An email reply will be forwarded within two days of receipt of the request.

Meeting rooms are available for booking during regular business hours and are assigned based on the size of your group and room availability. In the event of any booking conflict, NSTU Central Office business needs will take precedence.

Meeting space bookings outside regular business hours require pre-approval to ensure arrangements for staffing can be accommodated. A $100 recovery fee is charged for meetings occurring outside regular business hours.

PLEASE NOTE: The NSTU requires prior notification of meeting cancellations. Emergencies and inclement weather notwithstanding, a 3-day advance notice is normally expected.

If the NSTU incurs set-up and refreshment costs for a no-show-no-cancellation meeting, the NSTU reserves the right to charge a $100 cancellation fee.
