Meeting Room Request Form

Meeting room requests must be submitted at least two (2) weels in advance. A confirmation email will be sent within two (2) business days of receiving your request.

Meeting rooms are available for booking during regular business hours and are assigned based on group size and room availability. In cases of scheduling conflicts, NSTU Central Office business needs will take priority. Requests for meeting space outside of regular business hours require pre-approval to ensure appropriate staffing arrangements. A $100 recovery fee will apply to meetings held outside regular business hours.

Cancellations:
The NSTU requires advance notice of meeting cancellariongs. Except in cases of emergencies or inclement weather, a minimum of three (3) days' notice is expected. if set-up or refreshment costs have been incurred for a meeting that is cancelled without notice (no-show/no-cancellation), the NSTU reserves the right to apply a $100 cancellation fee.
