Business Accommodations

Any guest rooms required at the contract hotel for NSTU business must be booked through NSTU Central Office.

Contract Details

• Room Allocation: Only one room per NSTU member may be booked per night.
• Expenses: The NSTU does not cover gratuities or incidental charges. Members will be required to provide a personal credit card upon check-in to cover such expenses.
• Conduct: Professional conduct is expected at all times. Inappropriate behaviour or misuse of hotel privileges will not be tolerated.

Locals or RRCs

Any Local or Regional Representative Council (RRC) wishing to utilize the contract hotel must first contact the NSTU Central Office to request authorization and provide the approximate number of guest rooms and meeting rooms required. Please note that the hotel will not accept direct bookings for NSTU business purposes without prior approval from the NSTU Central Office. Once availability has been confirmed by the Central Office, the Local or RRC may then communicate specific meeting details directly with the hotel.
